An order will become final upon payment by the customer and design work will only start once your payment (POP) is received, unless otherwise arranged.

Lead time on orders is a minimum of 7 – 14 working days to process, as not all items are immediately available. It also depends on the quantity and complexity of items needed.  If an order is needed sooner, an additional fee may apply. Designing & application where applicable, takes many hours per item and a low-cost, rushed job will not produce a good quality product.

During busier seasonal periods, stock levels and current workload may increase lead time, so please allow sufficient time when placing an order.

Proofs/mockups are sent within 5 – 7 business days, if not sooner, for your approval.

If you provide your own logo / sticker / image, a setup fee of R50 will be charged once off. If you require the same item to be printed at a later stage, no setup fee will apply, only the printing fee will apply. If you require a different or additional image / logo / sticker to be done, the setup fee will be applicable.

If an order needs to be delivered, a tracking number or waybill number will be provided. It will be the customer’s responsibility to track the status of the parcel.

All deliveries are handled by external service providers and I have no control over them once they leave my premises. I wrap and pack parcels as best I can and accept no responsibility for any delays, losses, damages, breakages or theft that may occur.

Delivery fee via courier or Postnet is area dependant. A quote will be sent upon area confirmation.
